IgniteSite provides AI visibility tracking, content optimization, and CMS integration tools designed to help businesses monitor and improve how AI models reference their brand. The Service includes dashboards, analytics, content generation, and publishing features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond normal API usage.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by IgniteSite and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your brand data and content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Content You Generate

Content generated through our AI-powered tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of any content before publishing. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Free trial or waitlist access does not guarantee any specific features or pricing upon general availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IgniteSite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI visibility scores, recommendations, or content suggestions will produce specific results. AI model behavior is outside our control and may change without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
